How the month runs.

Week by week
Month one has the brief in it, so week one is the only week that asks anything of you. Every month after that, week one is two lines of email.

If your 40 products aren't ready in week one, the batch simply starts when they are — the month is a rhythm, not a countdown.
The brief
Twenty minutes, written, answered once. It is the difference between forty listings that read like a catalog and forty listings that read like yours.
It asks for six things:
- The categories you sell, and roughly how many products sit in each.
- Who buys — the actual person, not a segment.
- Your banned words. Every store has them: luxurious, elevate, premium quality, whatever makes you wince.
- Two listings of yours that already sound right, and two that don't.
- Your sizing, fit and material vocabulary, spelled the way you spell it — cm or inches, colour or color, "true to size" or a chart.
- Where the facts live: supplier PDFs, spec sheets, the photographs.
It carries over
The brief is a live file, not a form that gets filed. Every correction you make in a revision round goes into it. When a word gets banned in month three, it stays banned in month twelve.
That is why month two is faster than month one, and why month six sounds more like you than month two. You are not re-explaining your store every month.
The brief is delivered to you as brief.md with every batch. It's yours; it leaves with you if you go.

Column formats
Name your platform in the brief and the CSV arrives with that platform's headers spelled exactly as its importer expects. Change platform mid-slot and the next batch changes with you.

Revisions, counting, cancelling
Two rounds per batch
Every delivery has an empty notes column. Write what's wrong in the row it belongs to — "too long", "we say hydrosol not water", "this is 45cm not 40" — and send the file back. Unlimited rows per round. Revised file back within two working days.
A round closes when you send it. Round two exists so that a correction on row 3 can be applied to the other thirty-nine.
What counts as one listing
One product, one row. Colour and size variants share the row unless the copy genuinely has to differ — if a variant needs its own description, it counts as its own listing. Bundles count once.
Cancelling
Cancel from the Stripe receipt, or say so in the form. Billing stops at the end of the month you've paid for, and the batch you paid for is still delivered in full. Nothing is withheld — the CSV, the plain-text file and the brief are yours to keep and reuse.
There is no contract, no minimum term and no notice period. Come back in three months and the brief is still there.
Out of scope
- Photography and image editing.
- Theme, template or page-layout work.
- Ads, email campaigns, social captions.
- Translation into other languages.
- Any claim that a regulator would want substantiated — medical, therapeutic, "clinically proven", or a number nobody has measured.
